Every Sunday at 9:30am
Communion Service
The Communion service is our central focus as a Christian fellowship. This service is held each Sunday at 9:30am. We commence with congregational singing followed by spontaneous worship and the opportunity for those inspired by the Holy Spirit to sing or speak specific words of praise and encouragement according to the diversity of His gifts. This is done in an understandable and ordered manner that all may be edified.
Each week the time of worship and ministry is followed by Communion. As we share the bread and cup, we believe we join with all true believers in obedience to the words of Jesus to “eat and drink in remembrance of Him”. We believe this is our participation in His body which is the church, thus abiding in His life.
Bible Study
Each Sunday at 10:30am, following our Communion service, we have a Sunday School program for all primary school children and at the same time a Bible study for youth and adults. We believe the preached word, when received with meekness, is able to save our souls.
The morning concludes at 11:15am with morning tea.
Sunday School Program
Every Sunday during school terms, Sunday School classes are held during the bible study session. These classes cater for primary school aged children (Prep to Year 6) and are organised according to age groupings. Our enthusiastic and dedicated teachers follow the popular Sonseekers programme.
Sonseekers is designed to give children a sound background in biblical events, people and places. Every child receives a Sonseekers workbook, which includes activities and devotions that can be completed at home with their families. The great thing about Sonseekers is that it’s lots of fun! Each week, the children enjoy interesting and exciting lessons, including music, drama, craft and games. Most importantly, these lessons encourage them to know God and seek His will for their lives.
